- Continuing Education offered more than 2,500 classes and programs to nearly 23,000 students last year, as well as hosting 38,000 people attending meetings or conferences in the KSU Center.
- Continuing Education has awarded certificates to 400 graduates of certificate programs, including healthcare, project management, human resources, paralegal, management, meeting & event planning, technical writing, and web design -- just to name a few.
- Continuing Education's online curriculum includes 200 classes and 20 certificate programs and has served over 11,700 students in 36 states and 7 foreign countries in the past 5 years.
- Continuing Education's wide assortment of classes offering Professional Learning Units (PLUs) has been chosen by more than 4,000 teachers since 2005.
- Continuing Education's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) offers personal development, leisure classes, events, and social activities tailored to adults ages 50 and older. Members are granted access to a members only club room, and travel opportunities are available throughout our partnership with the WellStar Good Life Club. To date OLLI has received two endowments and one grant totaling $2,250,000.
- Continuing Education's Summer University provides kids and teens with over 40 fun and educational summertime classes. Over 500 students were enrolled this summer alone.
- Continuing Education's language program offers six levels of English as a Second Language (ESL) as well as instruction in seven foreign languages
- Continuing Education's international programs have conducted 166 professional training programs for 2.278 senior government officials and business executives from China since 1992.
- Continuing Education completed Governor Sonny Purdue's "Georgia Customer Service Improvement Plan" during fiscal year 2009.
